Decluttering recommendation

I read a post today from on Three Organizing Essentials. It's simplicity struck me. I just wanted to share what I have found, and I hope it helps encourage you to keep it simple as you seek to organize, manage, or declutter your life.

I am forgoing my usual, draft, edit, then post process with this entry, so please forgive/overlook any misspellings or incorrect language use.

It has been a while since I last posted anything . . . I was thinking that I may just forgo more posts for now and start again when life is less chaotic.  However, in the last week I have been doing a lot of reading about blogging, writing, doing what you love, filling life with the activities that are important to you, etc.  Since writing is on my list of activities to do more of and blogging is one way for me to practice that skill, I have been mulling over posting something new.  I have also been trying to be more intentional about writing in a journal as a way to exercise my writing muscle.

Yesterday afternoon and evening I had comments and phrases and thoughts flying around in my head.  Some I thought were pretty good and I liked the wording I developed.  Now that I am sitting to write, nothing much is coming back to me.  So, assignment:  find a way to corral those thoughts in the midst of the everyday life of food prep, kid's homework, housework, work for my employer, etc.   Next, I think will be a list of ideas of things to write about.  Do I want to be planned in what I write, or just write whatever is filling my thoughts at the time . . . it may work out to be a combination of two.

So, here I go on this grand adventure of writing and blogging.  Come join me and let us have fun and learn something too.
